昭和38年頃創業の「又一ラーメン」は倉敷出身の東京在住の60代大先輩から教えていただき、お邪魔しました。いわゆるシメのラーメンです。昔はもっとドス黒いスープだったとおっしゃられておりましたが、以前とは少し変化しているのかもしれません。倉敷市民のソウルフードとしても名高いこちらのお店にお邪魔ができて大変光栄に思うわけです。
さて、ラーメンすすろうか！
昔ながらのシメラーに最適な味わいでありますね。チャーシュー、玉子、もやし、かまぼこも入ってます。九条ネギがアクセントにちょいと名脇役ぶりを発揮しています。
途中で名物激辛とニンニク油をぶちこみまして味変も試してみましょう。おぉ、ちょいピリ辛になりましたぜ。これはこれで食欲増進効果があるように思います。
又一のラーメンスープ残すな！とありましたが、ちょっと残しちゃいましたら、名物激辛を入れすぎた感は否めんわ。
