今日は、友人と倉敷市連島にある「焼き鳥朱雀」さんです。
前から一度、行きたかったお店です。
店内に入ると、既にお客さん達でいっぱい。
雰囲気は、昔ながらの焼き鳥屋さんのイメージそのもの。
見るからに、繁盛している人気店だと分かりますね。
カウンター席に座り、先ずは生ビールを注文。
キャベツの付け出しを頂きながら、メニューを拝見。
焼き鳥の他にも多くの品数がありますね。

焼き鳥は、香ばしく絶妙に焼かれ、タレと塩で、どれもバツグンに美味い！
手羽先ぎょうざは、手羽先の中にあんがしっかりと詰まって、これまた旨い！
これは、お薦めですね！
ここらで、焼酎の赤兎馬を１本注文し、いつものようにロックで頂きます。
次は、とり皮と焼豚足。
パリパリの食感で、しかもジューシー！
ついつい、食べる事と話に夢中になり、写真を撮り忘れてしまいます。
馬のレバ刺しがあるので注文。
ごま油の塩ダレに着けて食べます。
牛のレバ刺しよりも、少し食感があり、初めて食べますが、これまた旨い！
これは、あると必ず食べたくなりますね。
渡りガニの唐揚は、小振りながら量が結構あります。
歯ごたえ、香ばしさ、カニの旨みで、焼酎にピッタリ！
結局、赤兎馬を軽く１本空けてしまいました！
それにしても、「朱雀」さん、なかなかのお店ですね。
また、再訪したいお店です！
