旧国道２号線より北の平行するイオン倉敷に行ける道沿いの飲食店が立ち並ぶ
地域にあるお店でお隣がイエローハットです。
お店は奥側にその周りはすべて駐車場でかなりの台数が置けるように見えました
そのお店の外観は和風な雰囲気でドアを通るとお風呂屋のような下駄箱があり
靴を脱いで店内にはいるスタイルです。
全てほりごたつ式になったテーブル席で、鉄板から換気もするもので
お店自体の換気もしっかりしており他のテーブルからの煙が一切ない
気持ちの良い空間でいただく事ができます。
しかし最近流行りの個室感がないオープンですが広めに間隔をおいてあるので
他のお客の目線には入るものの気にはなりません。
メニューは和牛が主体でその他鶏、野菜、豚や特選牛というのもあり
カルビでも３種あり肉質も脂つきも全く違い色々楽しむ事が出来ます。
脂が７割り占めたような肉からフィレのような脂の少ない肉がありますが
肉厚も厚く牛の旨味がしっかりとあり、しっかり焼いても美味しいです。
