なにより安い。本当に安い。そして量はたっぷり。ざるなど並でもかなりのボリューム、女性の場合並ですら食べきれないこともある程の量である。そして繰り返すが、安い。大にすると、なんとつゆが２つついてくる。麺はさほどコシがあるとは言わないが、私にはおいしい。ほっとする味だ。おすすめは天ざる、そしてぶっかけ。ぶっかけは生醤油と削り節のかかっているタイプ。これは並でなく大でいただく。単調で割り箸を握る手が痛くなるほどだが、やめられない至福のときである。しかし最近夏の盆前から臨時休業になっているのが心配だ。大将が体調を崩されたのだろうか。もしそうであればゆっくり休んでいただき、ぜひまた再開してほしい。玉島では貴重な店だ。
