今日のような寒い日は、煮込みうどんが食べたいと思った。
ならばと1年ぶりにひろよしさんへ。
店の大看板に謳った
名物 味噌煮込みうどん
が目を引きます。
ここの味噌は、名古屋名物のようなものと違い、ちょっと酸味がきつい中味噌を使ってます。
うどんのコシがあり、具もキツネ、肉、白菜、白ネギ、餅、玉子、ワカメが乗る豪華さで、満足です。
大盛り100円増しですが、個人的にはお餅もあってこんなに具沢山ならば、大盛りでなくても充分でした(o^^o)
