さて、司さん。 僕は四国や岡山県などの地域には一度しか来たことがなかったのでせっかくなので地のものと地の酒を楽しむことをメインにして食事を組みました。せっかくなのでですね。それこそが旅の醍醐味です。名店と言われるお店より、最近はプラプラ歩いて見つけたり、その地域のお店の方に聞いたお店をプラプラする方が気楽。 そういう楽しみ方が増えてきたな。食だけじゃないのよね、旅は。 なんかトータルで。ここ司さんは、これまた別の料理屋さんに地のもの食べたいなら司だよ！とおしえてもらったお店。
まずは鰆のたたきから。お酒は地元倉敷の森田酒造のものを。
そして、握り。握りは沢山お酒を呑んでいるということを配慮してくださったんだろうね、小ぶりなお鮨でお酒にあいます。大将にくいね。
握りも軽くて、とても楽にいただけた！
ネタも悪いものもなく、素直に楽しめると思います！！

倉敷に来たらまた寄ってみたい。
