ぶっかけうどん、たまに食べたくなります
休日、ランチのため訪れたのは、倉敷の黒崎にあるうどん店『あつた屋』さんです。
中庄団地から小町トンネルに抜ける道の途中にある、ぶっかけうどんのお店となりますね。
いただいたのは、さっぱり系の定番、おろしぶっかけです。
しっかりと締められたうどん麺に、さっぱりした大根おろしが絡んで、とても美味しかったですね〜。
うどん麺の締め具合は、もちろん、かけうどんとかよりも締められていますけど、ほかのぶっかけうどんのお店よりも緩めですね。
まあ、わたしにとっては、ちょうどいい感じですね。
出汁は倉敷のぶっかけうどんの例に漏れず、甘めの味付けです。
倉敷にはぶっかけうどんの名店が多くありますので、どうしても、それらのお店と比べてどうかという視点になってしまいますね。
仕方のないことだとは思いますけど、それら名店に比べて、味としても、価格としても、歴史的にもイマイチ強みがないと思うのです。
こちらのぶっかけうどんも悪くないとは思いますけどね。
こちらのお店を選ぶ理由としては、駐車場が付いているので車で行けることでしょうか。

こちらは、倉敷市のうどん屋さん。通常のうどんもありますが、ぶっかけうどんのラインナップが多く、ぶっかけうどんを推してます。
店内は、カウンター席、テーブル席などがバランスよく、収容人数はけっこう多め。お店の隣が駐車場となってます。
各ぶっかけうどんは、温と冷を選べますので、バリエーションは多いですね。天ぷらぶっかけうどんは、天ぷらがサクサク。少し濃いめのツユと絡むとめっちゃ美味しかったです。
