倉敷市黒崎、中庄団地近くのうどん店で、某ケンミンショーに出ていたお店です。
久しぶりのうどんモードで、奥さんのチョイスです。
祝日の13時前で、駐車スペースは十分空いていたけど、後客が続いて賑わっています。
おろしぶっかけの冷や600円を、奥さんはキムチ肉ぶっかけの温760円を注文。
平打ちのうどんで滑らかなのど越しで旨しです。
キムチ肉ぶっかけは、白菜キムチに牛バラ肉の薄切り、切り昆布に生姜の組み合わせ。
キムチの辛さよりも生姜の辛さが際立った味付けでした。
自分のおろしぶっかけは普通に美味しく、印象薄し(^_^;)
ご馳走様でした。
