We visited an old-fashioned Japanese restaurant located in the perfect location for a secret date. I think the store called Koshu is close to Nerima, Tokyo, where I live. The reason why I chose this restaurant was not because I wanted to eat anything, but because I just wanted to try a variety of things, and the menu is just as I expected, with a wide range of options. At first, I had draft beer, but from the second drink onwards, it was all Sato's barley. I ended up drinking a lot because I missed Sato's barley the day before, so I ended up paying the bill pretty well. Now, about the title. When I saw ``Yome Nakase 660 yen'' on the menu, I simply asked, ``What is Yome Nakase?'' So, when I asked the cutest waitress, she told me that it was beef aorta stir-fried with garlic, and I was immediately impressed! I tapped my knee and the score was reached. I don't think there is any need to explain the taste, so I will omit it. I had two pieces of raw Oyster, and I was impressed by the fact that they didn't add ponzu sauce for no reason. I don't know the place of origin. I thought that the stone-grilled conger eel rice, which I forgot to take a photo of, was sure to be delicious, but unfortunately, the ``conger eel rice'' I bought at Tokyo Station was even better. The beef cutlet had a slight smell, which I guess was probably because it was so expensive, but I guess that's what it is. Speaking of which, potato salad! There's an apple in it, right? It reminded me of school lunch when I was in elementary school. I'm sure I used to be a bit naughty lol
