岡山B級グルメここにアリ！！
お好み焼の本場 広島で修行した店主が作ります。 本場の味をそのまま再現するため、鉄板を含め機材は全て特注で広島から取り寄せています。 瀬戸内海のタコや岡山県産の卵をはじめ、極上の素材を使用し「美味しい！」と言われるお好み焼きを作りあげます。 また、岡山県内発祥の B 級グルメもメニューに取り入れ、倉敷美観地区でありながら岡山の B 級グルメを食べれるようにしています。 本格的な広島お好み焼きを囲み |
美観地区に行くついでに、B級グルメのホルモンうどんが食べたいなぁと思い、２人でやってきました。
その日は1時からの営業でしたが、1時前にはもうお店の前で3組ほど待っていました。
お店の中はそれほど広くないので、すぐに満員になってしまいます。お店の壁には有名人のサインがずらり。
注文すると、あまり待つことなく運ばれてきました。楽しみにしていたホルモンうどんですが、思っていたよりは量は少なめでした。私にはちょうど良かったのですが、男性だと足りないかもしれません。
味はホルモンがぷりぷりしていて、ソースの味もおいしかったです。
一緒に来た彼はお好み焼きを食べていました。お好みで辛いソースをかけることができますが、それがおいしかったようです。
次は別メニューにチャレンジしたいです。
