お得なそばセット 高田屋 倉敷中庄店！！
お正月明けから寒さも一段を厳しさを増して来ましたね、同僚と寒風を切り裂いて高田屋さんまでやって来ました。岡山に3店舗、全国に37店舗あるそば＆居酒屋のチェーン店さんです。
12時前ですが店内はどんどんお客さん入って来られます、ランチはそばメニューですから年齢層は高めですね。同僚と二人中央付近のテーブル席に着きます。適度に仕切りがあって他のテーブルの方とは顔が合わない工夫がされています。
注文は「天丼とごまそばのセット（950円）」、待つこと6～7分で配膳、天丼の大きな海老が迫力あります^^
蕎麦は黒ごまを練り込んだオリジナル仕様、風味はそれほど強くないですが確かに胡麻味です！。そばは細仕立て、水分含有量が多いのか、ねっとりした食感です。つけ汁は甘辛いタイプ、味醂風味が前面に出ていました。
天丼の天種は海老・烏賊・南瓜・ししとう・茄子、タレが掛かって少ししんなりしています。ご飯はそれほど多くなくそばとのセットで丁度良いくらいでしょう。
そば湯を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．極寒の季節でもやはりさるそば良いですね、美味しく頂きました^^

打ち合わせを兼ねて昼餉に伺ったのは中庄「高田屋」さん、4年半ぶりの訪問です。JR中庄駅からも何とか徒歩圏内、駐車場も広いです。
12時頃で店内8割ほど席が埋まっています、左側のテーブル席に入ります。メニューはそばと丼のセットが充実していますね、じっくり眺めましょう！
注文は「ごまそばと親子丼のセット」、待つこと10分少々でやって来ました。蕎麦は黒ごまを練り込んでいますので黒っぽい色合い、星は胡麻の皮になるのでしょう。ごま風味はそれほど強くなく、しっとり食感で食べやすいです。つけ汁は濃いめ、先っぽだけを漬けました。
親子丼は中央部の天辺に黄身がのっています。溶き卵は強めの食感、鶏肉は大きめで味わい深いです。全体的にも濃い目の味付け、主役のごまそばを喰ってしまう美味しさでした(*^^*)
食後には熱いお茶を頂きながらまったり．．．県北はそろそろ紅葉が始まる時期ですね！！
