席につくと、そば茶とそばかりんとうが出され、
蕎麦屋のスタンダードざるを頼むと、
生のわさびが添えられてきます。
添えられてるおろし金で自分で、すりおろして入れます。
すりたてのわさびは、あまりツンときません。
入れすぎないように加減をみながら自己責任でいただきます。
これが、けっこうお楽しみポイントです。
そばは信州の二八そばです。
そばがきがみたらしのような味をつけて添えられていました。
そのまま食べちゃったけど、わさびをちょっとおいて食べてもよかったなぁ。
そば湯がなかなか出てこなかったので、
お店の方に声をかけたら持ってきてくれました。
このへんはそば文化じゃないので、
そば湯を飲む方が少ないのかもしれませんね。
残ったわさびは持ち帰り用の袋が各席に備えられているので、
持って帰れます。
