イオン倉敷の１階にある信州そばのお店。時期的に新そばの時期で、打ちたてそばをアピールしてたので行ってみました。
いただいたのは、季節の野菜天ぷら蕎麦。天ぷらは、シシトウ、エリンギ、しいたけ、まいたけ、さつまいも。確かに、キノコは秋だけど、１年を通じて食べられるものばかりでしたので、ちょっとガッカリ。
味は特別美味しいわけでもないけど、別に不味いわけでもないといったところ。そばの茹で加減はちょうどいいけど、出汁に雑味が若干ありました。蕎麦の香りも少ししかしません。天ぷらも揚げたてではありますが、ちょっとしっとり気味。私は、もっとカラッとしたものが好きですが、このあたりは好み次第だと思います。
