今日は朝から倉敷市で打合せ。
終わると既に12時、近くのマルナカ中島店の敷地内にあるコチラのお店へお邪魔しました。
明日のケンミンショーは予告で、倉敷市のうどんとなっていたので、こちらのお店が取り上げられるのかな…
因みにぶっかけうどん、発祥の地は倉敷と言われており、コチラのうどん店が商標登録もしています。
もちろん注文したのは、シンプルなぶっかけうどんの冷。麺は丸亀製麺などに比べると少し細めです。程よいコシもあり、チュルンとした麺です。
その上に、刻みネギ、天かす、海苔、ウズラの卵が乗っかっています。
出汁は甘辛く私好みのものです。
天ぷらは、ちくわに明太子を入れ大葉をのせたモノを頂きました。
岡山県南にはコチラがお店は、何店舗かありますので、是非召し上がって下さい。
