如月序盤戦、朝晩はまだ冷えますね！ 移動途中の昼餉で伺ったのは中島の「ふるいち」さん、大きなスーパーマーケット駐車場内＆幹線道沿いなのでいつもお客さんが多い店舗さんです。
お盆を取ってうどんを注文＆受け取り、おにぎり＆天ぷらコーナーを通って会計の順番、天ぷらはさみだれ式に揚げたてが登場するので耳ダンボで聞き取ります^^;
注文はきざみぶっかけ＆玉ねぎのかき揚げ、テーブルに運んで頂きましょう。きざみぶっかけは具材豊富ですね、厚揚げ・かまぼこ・煮椎茸・ゆで卵半身・昆布・天かす・青ネギ、甘じょっぱい温出汁をもっちり麺に絡めて頂くと至福の瞬間が訪れます(*^^*)
玉ねぎのかき揚げは見事な立体構造、円柱型に仕上がっています。揚げたてなのでサクサク食感、ぶっかけうどんとの相性も良いです！
ぶっかけうどん発祥のふるいちさん、次回はペッパー釜たまを頂きましょう^^
