広島に帰る途中、昼食で立ち寄りました。
入口食券器にて推しメニューの豚かば丼をポチッとな！
厨房側カウンターに食券を渡し、引き換え券を持って店内のテーブル席へ。(テラス席もあります)
ご飯の量は、無料で大盛りに出来る様です。
(コロナでの自粛期間中に、日常の食生活とトレーニングを見直しました。改善継続した結果、腹筋も割れてきて体調良好♪反面、大盛りは不要となりましたので、普通盛りのままです。前置き長いですがw)
さて、豚かば丼ですが、甘辛のタレが豚肉に絡んで想像通りの美味しさです＾＾
途中半熟卵を崩してまぜまぜ♪まろやかさアップ！更に、山椒を加え爽やかさもUP↑
いろいろな豚かば丼の味わいを楽しみました。
