岡山、倉敷の美観地区にある和菓子(?)店です。
・求肥(ぎゅうひ)とサクふわ生地の…なにせ正義

美観地区で景色を楽しんで、もちろんおいしい物も食べながら歩いて、
ふと見かけた垂れ幕。
「香ばしい薄皮にモチモチとした求肥を包みました」と書かれているのを見たら、いてもたってもいられない！
ロング調布というもので、そもそも「調布」というお菓子があるみたいです。
知らないすまん。
日曜の4時前で、旅行客がひっきりなしに来てます。
店内でも何か食べられるみたい。

鉄板の上にクレープみたいに生地を広げて、直方体の求肥を2つ並べてる！
渡された「ロング調布」は生地はサクふわ！
中の求肥は温まってさらに柔らかくなってる！
この食感の対比も良いですね。
おいしいんだけど甘め。
温かいから甘いのか。
全体として、なにせ求肥は正義(笑)

甘めではあるけど、ここでしか食べられないし
美観地区に来たら必須ですね！（断言）
ごちそうさまでした。
その後「桃太郎のからくり博物館」とかも行きましたがこれが案外楽しめました。
子連れならさらにオススメです。
