降り続いた雨もやっとあがった文月序盤、止むと同時に蝉が鳴き始めました！ 蝉の鳴き声を背に受けながらランチに訪れたのは一風堂 倉敷店さん、岡山では数回訪れていますが倉敷店さんは初訪問です。全国に95店舗展開．．．素晴らしいですね^^
13時過ぎで店内7割ほどの入客、人気ありますね。おひとり様なのでカウンター席へ案内されます、ソーシャルディスタンス確保で席間はかなり余裕ありますね！！
注文は「博多中華そば」＋Aセット、江戸式醤油ラーメンに餃子とご飯が付く組み合わせ、餃子とご飯で＋100円というのは嬉しい価格設定ですね、待つこと10分少々で全部揃いました！
スープは鶏ガラ醤油に若干の背脂、醤油が割とキツめに出ています。麺は中細ストレート、硬めでお願いしドンピシャ、チャーシューは脂比率の高い円形中サイズが2枚。他の具材はシナチク・煮玉子半身・ナルト・焼海苔・白ネギになります。
餃子は一口サイスですね、皮が薄く具材も少なめ、ラーメンのお供にはちょうど良いサイズ。ご飯はおかわり可能です！
メイン看板のとんこつラーメンとは一線を画す江戸式清湯スープ、店舗限定で岡山県内では倉敷店だけになるそうです。
