I wanted to eat katsudon so I went to Nakau
I suddenly had a craving for katsudon, and when I was thinking about where to go, the first thing that came to mind was "Nakau" Kurashiki Kurosaki branch. It was 11 o'clock, so there were still plenty of empty seats. To be honest, I don't like the ticket machine system that's common these days. I get anxious if there's someone behind me, but luckily there was no one there. I ordered a regular katsudon with a topping of tabera (edible chili oil). It was quick! The katsu was crispy and delicious. Maybe I'm getting old, but a regular is enough for me.

I tried a 50 yen discount coupon on the app. It was pretty good. The tuna was great, but the wasabi was also impressive. It didn't taste like wasabi paste, it felt fresh. The soy sauce was also a special dashi soy sauce. It went so well with the tuna that I wanted to buy some just to take home.
