Kushiya Monogatari is a familiar chain restaurant that offers all-you-can-eat kushikatsu that you can fry yourself. It's a bit pricey, but there is a 1,200 yen coupon for entering on weekdays between 11am and 12noon, so if you use this, it's a great deal. It also includes a drink bar. I often don't get full and get bored and leave, but I find myself wanting to eat it about once every 1-2 years. The system of being able to fry and eat what I like is great.
