イオンモール倉敷に出かけ、ランチタイムに入店。
ラーメン屋があったんですが、そこは☆2.99とおいしくもなければおもしろくもないことが予想されたのでスルーして、＜しまなみ＞さんで寿司をいただくことにしました。
年末の午後12時半。どこのお店も入店待ちができていましたが、１人だったので待つことなくカウンター席に案内されました。
寒サバ三昧
１皿３貫です。真中の１貫が炙ったシメサバで塩辛い。右上のシメサバの上のカラスミみたいなものは奈良漬けでした。
サーモン大トロ炙り
生温かい脂を含んだ肉汁が口に広がり気持ち悪い。炙りじゃない方がよかった。
黒瀬の熟成ブリ
切り身は大きくお得感がある。熟成って？黒瀬って鹿児島でしょうから、輸送しているうちに熟成しましたってことはないと思いますが・・・
５皿11貫食べて、腹８分。年末年始は体重が増える恐れがあるので、これでやめときます。
〆て1,543円。これなら寿司屋でランチセット食べた方がよかった。
