本場讃岐のセルフうどん
店名を冠した竹清うどんの冷をオーダー
セルフって店独自なのでちょっとレクチャーします。
セルフオーダーのやり方
① うどん麺をチョイスし告げる
私「うどん中の冷、竹清うどんで」
店「レジで竹清うどんと告げて下さい」
うどん麺だけ入ったどんぶりを渡される
② トッピングをチョイス
天ぷら、おにぎり等々ありました。
③ レジで支払
ココで「竹清うどん」と伝える
竹清うどんのトッピングは「ちくわ天」と「タマゴ天」
揚げ立てが出てきます
④ 出汁を注ぐ＆トッピング
ココが慣れていないと解りにくい
出汁が数種類あり、かけ、ぶっかり、つけ、これの温冷
冷の出汁はよくジュースが入ってるヤツに入れてました 笑
トッピングはネギ、わかめ、天かす
⑤ 着席し番号を呼ばれ揚げ立て天ぷらの登場!!!
と、こんな感じ、④の出汁で少し迷いました 笑
うどんは、讃岐なので太目でコシ強めエッジも立っており
冷なのでより際立っています。
冷の出汁も夏らしくウマい!!
ちくわ天とタマゴ天もイイですね
うどんのトッピングと言えば私はやはり「ちくわ天」ですね!!
