きょうは、岡山で「生きびだんご」をいただきました。
四国から瀬戸中央自動車道を岡山へ、瀬戸大橋を渡りきったところ
にあるサービスエリアが鴻ノ池サービスエリア。
休憩がてらに売店をうろうろしてて目に入ったのが「生きびだんご」（180円）。
白桃の果肉入りカスタードクリームをきびだんごで包んだ少し大きめのきび団子です。
売店の冷蔵庫に入ったのは少し堅いのか、
お店の人にすぐに食べますかって聞かれ、
今から～と答えると柔らかいのに代えてもらえました。
冷凍だと解凍に30分近くかかるのだそうです。
食べ頃があるのですね。
売店前のテーブルでいただきます。
ピンクのかわいいパッケージです。
ひんやりとして皮のきびだんごはふわふわで、クリームは甘さ控えめ。
日持ちがしそうにないのでお土産には向くとは思えませんが、
岡山で見かければつい買っちゃうでしょうね。
