■白壁そば 890円
・最寄りはJR山陽本線の倉敷駅、美観地区内にある醤の倉敷美観地区店。
・スープ:煮干しベースの透明な醤油スープ。
・麺は中sizeで短めのストレート麺。
・具材は炙りチャーシュー2枚、白菜、えのき、糸唐辛子、刻みネギと柚子皮。
・替玉が『心ゆくまで無料』です。
・店内カウンターのみの13席。
美観地区内で開いていたらラッキーなお店な此方へ初訪。3回目の訪問でやっと入店出来ました。
『醤』自体は3店舗目の訪問となります。
さすがジーンズの街、椅子のカバーがジーンズになってます。
標記はアッサリなので女性向きですね。
やっぱりワタシは醤そばでガッツリ替玉したいです。
そんな替玉、無料なのに細切れチャーシュー、刻み海苔、刻みネギを乗せてくれるのは嬉しいですね。
薄味でしたがお腹ペコペコだったので替玉を2回いただきました。
