夜明け前早朝から忙しく奔走してるととっても天気がいいので
これはと思い息抜きに美観地区の散策をしました。
風もなく穏やかな日差しに包まれ静かな街並みをゆっくりと歩きます。
観光の方も一時期と比べると随分増加しているようです。
しばらく来ていなかったので”あれ、お店が変わってる”などと
街並みの様子を見つつ久しぶりに訪問です。
人気店なのか開店前から数人が並んでいます。
倉敷煮干しらーめん+倉敷ぎょうざ(5個)をお願いしました。
まず気づいたのは店内のオペレーションがいいです。
席案内、調理手順、配膳、支払いまでとってもスムースでした。
なので店内の雰囲気も落ち着いています。
こういうのは空気感で分かりますよね。
倉敷煮干しらーめん
10年ぶりくらいにいただきましたが以前のまま
魅力的なスープです。
餃子
倉敷市内で販売されている『倉敷ぎょうざ』だと思います。
餡に下味がつけられているのでそのままでも十分美味しくいただけますが
小皿の酢醤油をちょっとだけ浸けるとさらにアップします。
とっても美味しかったです。
あと店員さんの気配りのある声かけが気持ちよかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
