職場の先輩に深夜までやっているうどん屋さんがあるということで、仕事終わりに職場から倉敷まで車をばばっと走らせて行ってきました〜。
店内は有名人の色紙がいっぱい。よしもとの芸人さんが多かったですね。
店内は仕切りのあるテーブル席がたくさんあります。
名物は店名にもある通り「かすうどん」
そもそもかすうどんの「かす」って何？？という方へ。
「油かす」とは大阪の南河内地方で昔から食されてきた郷土料理のようで、牛の腸をじっくり揚げてカリカリにしたものを言うみたいです。
オーソドックスなうどんから、カルボナーラうどんとかつけ麺なんかもあったりして、かなりバラエティ豊富。
あとは写真撮り忘れましたが、おつまみとして普通に居酒屋メニューのラインナップぐらいの一品料理が揃ってました！
今回注文したのは、いろんな具が楽しめそうな「店長のうどん」を注文してみました。
中に入っているのは、肉、かす、たまご、キムチ、などなどなど。
スープにはヤンニンジャンやコチュジャンなど韓国系の調味料が入っていて甘辛く仕上がってます！
麺はオーソドックスなタイプの麺ですね。
深夜までやっているうどん屋さんはとても貴重ですし、メニューも豊富、居酒屋的に使えるということもあってなかなか便利なお店でした〜！
