倉敷市水島のフルサービスのうどん店です。
（水はセルフですが(^^; ）
何となくうどんモードで水島まで遠征。
平日の13時前で片付け待ちと賑わっています。
天ぷらうどんの中盛り７７０円を、奥さんはかき揚げぶっかけの中盛り６６０円を注文。
（中盛りは80円プラス）
ゆっくり目で着丼です。
天ぷらはエビにちくわ、とり天が二切れ。
麺は外れ・・・
汁も塩辛い。
奥さんのぶっかけは正解でした。
麺も滑らかな舌触りで満足です。
揚げ物は満足できる揚げ具合なだけに残念。
というか、冷たい麺が正解なのでしょうか。
