美観地区のクオーレ倉敷の階段を
降りたところにあるオシャレなバルです◡̈⋆*
蟹料理を食べたくて検索してたら発見して
ずっと行ってみたかったお店です
土曜日の17時半にネット予約して伺いました
まだ外は明るくて
オシャレな広いお店に貸し切り状態で
最初は緊張してましたが
ちらほらとお客さんが増えて
帰るときには満席に近い状態になっていました
いただいたのは
食べてみたかった手づかみシーフードです
テーブルの上にシート
その上に調理されたシーフードが運ばれて来て
グローブ、ハサミ、蟹フォークもあり
手づかみでお好みのソースをつけて食べます♡

ソースは5種類から選べて
一番人気のクオーレ風ケイジャンソースを選びました
ピリ辛のソースがシーフードと良く合います
ビールとの相性も抜群でした♡
濃いめの味のシーフードなので
サラダとチーズがお口直しに調度よかったです
オシャレな素敵なお店で
ちょっと変わった蟹料理を食べれて
幸せな楽しい時間となりました♪
