幸せな気持ちになれる蕎麦屋さん
前回臨時休業で悲しい思いをしたので今回は電話で確認したのでバッチリ行け、開店11時に行ったので貸し切り状態。
予定通りカモ付けそば（冷）で、相方はカモ南そば（温）を。
最初の蕎麦豆腐、もっちり美味しい。
そしてメインはもう見た目から美味しさが溢れてる！！蕎麦は疎いですが、蕎麦の香りと食べ応えがしっかりしてて、汁に付けなくても美味しい。カモと葱が入った汁はカモの脂がいい感じに効いてバツグンの濃さで蕎麦との相性も良く、飲み干してしまいました(^^)
鴨肉もウマッ！！
もう通いたい気持ちで一杯。次はすだちそばかな(o^^o)

植松にある鉄工所に行き、近くにウマイ蕎麦屋があると言ってその場にいた全員引き連れてふくいちさんに。
今回は瀬戸の香り（粗挽き十割）と天ぷらを。
麺は太くしっかりしますが甘みがあってやっぱ美味しい！
蕎麦だけだと口が寂しいので天婦羅はいい感じな組合せ。
幸せなひとときでした(^^)
他の人はもりそばと鴨南そばで、もりそばも食べてみましたが僕はもりそばくらいがいいかな。
前は鴨南のザルを食べましたが僕の中では一番です。
