倉敷市藤戸に在る民家をリノベった店舗です。
店舗に伺っての食事は年明け最初の外食。
年越しそばが年明けまで続きましたが、親父様の作った極太のそば切りでした。
久しぶりにプロの打った細切りの蕎麦が食べたくてお邪魔です。
玄関で靴を脱ぎ、左奥の部屋の食事スペースに案内されます。
窓際のカウンター席で庭を眺めながら食事できます。
蕎麦茶と蕎麦豆腐を頂きながらそばを待つ流れです。
カモ南そば１，３７０円を注文。
優しい味わいの出汁に鴨肉とネギに青菜。
突出した味付けではなく、バランスの取れた優しい一杯。
もちろん蕎麦も具材も美味しいものですが、全体として美味しいが一番。
美味しく頂け満足です。
