I went into a small country soba restaurant that I had always been curious about, and was in for a surprise. It was so delicious that I was speechless. I ordered the Fragrance of Coarsely Ground 100% Soba Fujito. The soba served in the bowl looked beautiful, and the glossy surface whet my appetite. When I took a bite, the flavor of the soba that spread throughout my mouth was exceptional. The pleasant texture as it went down my throat and the refreshing aftertaste gave me a moment of bliss. The soba porridge set was also a good deal, but the porridge and zenzai made my stomach churn lol. This is the soba restaurant that I think is the most delicious at the moment.
