以前、大手饅頭とのコラボのあん苺生クリームのサンドを食べたらとってもおいしかったので、今回は王道にしてみました。
フルーツと生クリームはおいしかったです。
特に生クリームはこだわりを感じました。
しかし残念だったのがパン。
今コロナ禍で、大変な中お店を営んでおられるのは分かるので、あまり悪いことは書きたくないのですが、端の方がパサパサでした。
今日作ったものであれば、保存方法に問題があると思います。
乾燥してました。
350円で、少しお高めな設定であればなおさら、一つ一つの商品にその対価を求めてしまいます。
大手饅頭とのコラボ商品をいただいたときは、パンもおいしかったので、またいただいたときに評価をあげられることを期待しています。
お店にはお弁当も売っていました。
