倉敷に長期出張で来ています。
何も伺っていたのですがコロナの影響なのか臨時で閉店していて入店が叶いませんでした。やっと入店できました。
外観も内装もうどん屋さんらしく、落ち着く雰囲気で好印象です。店員さんの接客もとても明るくて好感がもてます。
お店の入口にもメニューにもオススメがてんスペシャルと書いてあるので迷わず注文しました。
温・冷か、ざる・ぶっかけか、小・中・大か、を選びます。冷、ぶっかけ、中を注文しました。
汁はバランス良くほんのり甘めですかね。
麺は太めでかなり腰強めです。弾力強めではなく、グッと歯応えを感じる麺です。気合いを感じます。お店の名前通りの「讃岐うどん」なのだと思います。
お店がオススメする理由だと思いますが、揚げたての天ぷらはカラッと揚がっていてとても旨いです。大葉の天ぷらがパリッパリです。かぼちゃの天ぷらがホクホクです。とり天は程よく柔らかくジューシーです。
もっと早くから伺いたかったです。
