新倉敷駅に近い場所にある「山陽マルナカ」のモール街の一角に『倉式珈琲店』を発見。
時間調整を兼ねて訪問してみました。最近、多くなったロードサイド型の珈琲ショップ。一見、ファミレスと思うくらいの広さです。
メニューを見てみるとベーカリーレストランの『サンマルク』のチェーン店のひとつということがわかりました。
いただいたのは本日の珈琲。東金堂ティモールのサンライズマウンテン。味わいとしては程良い苦味が印象的なコーヒーです。
サイフォンのまま提供してくれるので、カップで2杯分はあります。うれしいサービスです。
サイドメニューのたまごサンドを注文。
パンからはみ出るほどのフィリングです。ゆで卵の質感が残っていて、これは某マヨネーズ会社の 'つぶしてつくろう たまごサラダ' かと思いました（笑）
女性で賑わう店内。
もう少し高質感があれば良いのにと思ったのは、私だけでしょうか。
