倉敷の、醤油ラーメンのお店。
美観地区の少し手前、商店街を外れたところにある。
5組ほどの列が途切れずできているが、列も周囲も静かだった。
塩香味そば、898円。
焦がしネギの香ばしいスープがうまい！
重みある濃いめスープだが、くどくなくてついもう一杯、とれんげが進む。
なるとも入った、少し懐かしい雰囲気のトッピング。
細めの麺は小麦の味しっかり感じる。
分厚いチャーシューは味がよく染みているが、脂身も多い。
ラーメンを持ってきてくださったのは大将さんかな。
スープの味が濃いようだったら変えられる、と言っていただいた。
濃い味は好きなので、そのままのスープでおいしかったが、
もし変えるなら、どう変えるんだろう。
店内には鎧やお面、提灯など和風の装飾が並び、
くの字のカウンター席と、丸いテーブルの座敷席でインバウンド狙いな内装。
ラーメンはインバウンドに振り切ってない印象なので、
ちぐはぐなのか、お店の方の趣味かしら。
「鶴形店」とあるが、たぶんお店はこちらの一店舗？
他ではいただけない、おいしいラーメンをいただけました。
