奥さんと昼食に
アリオに用事で倉敷で昼食取ろうと検索していて以前からBM済みのこの店思い出す。
最近、肉モード突入中、昨日もトンカツ食べたのに今日もトンカツ。
駐車場が2台だけなんで雨も降ってるし駐車場空いて無かったら他の店に行こかと訪問。
1台分空いてました。
席はカウンター席のみ、コロナ対策に席数を7席から5席に減らして営業してます。
店主さんのワンオペなんでこの席数が良いかも。
自分はロースカツ200gのBセットをデミソースで、奥さんはロースカツ120gのAセットを大根おろしで注文。
200gのトンカツ、なかなかのボリューム。
美味しいカツだけど、衣硬めで肉もチョイ硬い、デミソースも少し薄味に感じる、厚い肉でも同じ温度で揚げてるのか？
奥さんの120gのカツ食べたら衣も肉も柔らかい、ここは120gのカツの方がバランス良い感じです、ソースの濃さも120gだと薄味に感じないと思います。
奥さんの大根おろし変更は正解、たっぷりの大根おろしにポン酢と出汁醤油が付いてます。
次はこれだな。
美味しいトンカツでお腹パンパン！
満足の食事でした。
オリジナルのドレッシングも美味しいし
倉敷でトンカツ食べたい時はここに決定。
