蒸し暑い中を昼餉にお邪魔したのは「とんかつ ひらい」さん、長らくBMしていましたが3年経過でやっとこさお邪魔できました。
13時前で先客さん2名、その後も途切れずに入客あります。おひとり様なので待つことなくカウンター席中央に着きます！
注文はBセット（1300円）、200gのロースカツ定食になります。デフォだとデミグラスソース掛けになりますので大根おろし（小鉢提供）に変更しました。じっくり低温揚げでしょうか、10分少々で配膳です。
ロースカツは分厚いですね、脂バランス最高です。しっかり揚がっていますが衣はしっとり、塩とマスタードでシンプルに頂くと脂の甘さがしっかり分かります。大根おろしはとんかつにはのせず、だし醤油を掛けてそのまま頂きました！！
シンプルなとんかつ定食ですが素材の良さ＆丁寧な調理で最後まで美味しく頂きました。次回はポークチャップを注文です(*^^*)
