何度かメディアに取り上げられて
気になっていた、鶴璃さんに
ランチ時にお邪魔しました。
ホワイトカレーセット820円。
席で注文から配膳までの流れを
受けて、まずメインのうどんを
決めてから、レジに行き注文。
それから、カウンターに並んでいた
1〜3の惣菜、4のデザートを各1つ
選び席に戻って、メインのうどんを
待つのが、こちらの店のスタイル。
コロナ禍の中、衛生面、コスト面から
見て、なかなかいいオペレーションと
思います。
席に戻りしばらくすると、注文した
ホワイトカレーが着丼。
渦巻状のビジュアルはまさに
インスタ映えしていますが、
正体は何とじゃがいものムースと
のこと。
麺を持ち上げると、カレールーが
登場する何とも面白い趣向に拍手。
麺はモチモチ、味も辛過ぎず、
食べやすいし、他の小鉢や
デザートも見た目も鮮やかで
美味しい。
他のうどんも楽しみたいので、
また来たいと思います。
