Today, I enjoyed dinner in front of Kurashiki Station, so I would like to introduce it to you ^^ The restaurant I visited was Kyushu Tamashi, which is located on the 2nd floor of Kurashiki City Plaza West Building (*´∀｀) As the name of the restaurant is Kyushu Tamashi, You can enjoy a lot of delicious dishes from the Kyushu region~ Now, let's eat~ First, we were served the otoshi (otoshi) (^ー^) The otoshi is chicken nanbanzuke~ The meat is soft and refreshing. Then the food we ordered was served~ First up was the handmade fried Gyoza / Dumpling! Gyoza / Dumpling is bite-sized and contains pork bone collagen, which is good for your skin! These Gyoza / Dumpling are a specialty of Kyushu Tamashii, with chewy dough, juicy, and extremely delicious.Next is Fukuoka's Nakatsu fried chicken. Speaking of Nakatsu, it is famous for its fried chicken. I felt that the fried chicken at Kyushu Tamashii was a little small. I personally think it would be better if it was a little bigger and crispy ( ´,_ゝ`) And this is the crispy fried mentaiko cheese from Fukuoka's mentaiko dish ~ The combination of mentaiko and cheese is the best! That's right! There's no reason it wouldn't go well with it o(^o^)o The crispy texture, the tangy feeling of the mentaiko, and the melty feeling of the cheese are so delicious! Next is Kagoshima! This is an assortment of freshly fried fish cakes.It's a dish where you can enjoy three types of fish cakes. Freshly fried fish cakes are fluffy and fluffy, and when you dip them in ginger and soy sauce, they become even sweeter, and when you bite into them, they have a deep flavor that makes them incredibly delicious (*´ω｀*) And when you think of Kyushu, you think of Kumamoto, and you think of horse sashimi. (^○^) When I told my friend that I had never had horse sashimi...then I thought I'd order it! So, I ordered it (//∇//) When I had the horse sashimi for the first time, it was very soft (^o^)v As for the taste, it was my first time so I can't really describe it, but when I had it with ginger and garlic, It feels smooth, soft, and crisp. After eating the horse sashimi, I felt like I had climbed the stairs to adulthood (#^.^#) And there's more to come~ Speaking of Nagasaki, it's Sara Udon ＼(^o^)／ It has a lot of toppings! The crispy noodles and bean paste are so delicious (*^_^*) I don't get many chances to eat Sara Udon, so it makes me feel nostalgic and I want to eat it in the real place in Nagasaki (^o^) And this is what my friend mistakenly ordered... Frozen! Sweet and spicy Senbei (rice crackers) made from chicken skin. My friend seemed to have ordered the ``Chicken Skin Sweet and Spicy Senbei (rice crackers)'' without checking the menu carefully, thinking that she would enjoy the crunchy texture, but when she brought it to her mouth thinking it was piping hot, it was cold. I was so surprised! (´д｀|||) When I looked at the menu, I saw "Frozen! Sweet and Spicy Senbei (rice crackers) with Chicken Skin"... It's a dish with frozen chicken skin, so it's like a dish that you can chew slowly in your mouth ( ´,_ゝ`) But my friend is addicted to it! (^-^) I had eaten a cold dish earlier, so I wanted to eat something piping hot, so I ordered Kumamoto's famous chikuwa salad tempura! This dish is made by stuffing potato salad into a chikuwa (chikuwa) hole and Tempura frying it in tempura. I first learned that this is a Kumamoto specialty, but since the fluffy chikuwa is filled with fluffy potato salad, it's filling and delicious (*´∀｀) At the end, of course, we'll also have dessert. ! What I ordered was raw chocolate ice cream. This ice cream melts in your mouth and has a rich chocolate flavor! I also love Ice cream and chocolate, so Monge is my favorite flavor o(^o^)o Monge is delicious~ This time too, I had Monge Morimori ~ I was able to fully enjoy the Kyushu region!
