倉敷美観地区を通っていく演出がにくいです。
入口も飲食店とは思わせない、美観地区の景観を壊さない、でもって存在感ある佇まい。
料理は当然おいしいのですが、きれいな盛り付けやお皿へのこだわりが伝わってくるところに興味がそそられます。
デザートもお箸で食べさせるあたりがまたにくい。
お酒は料理にあうものを厳選しているんだと思います。
たくさん種類を揃えるのではなく、潔さを感じます。
店内はBGMなし。
