ランチのあと、デザート目的で伺ったのは倉敷市児島にある「ティルナノーグカフェ」さんです。13時、オープン前に私を含め3組さんが待たれていましたよ。
注文はおやつプレート（900円）＋紅茶 ダージリン（450円）です。内容は、くるみと陣皮のはちみつキャラメルタルト・洋梨と玄米甘酢のムース・薔薇のアイスクリーム・紅茶です。
おやつプレートは全て味わい深くて美味しいですね、キャラメルタルトは素朴な味わい、中には沢山くるみが入っていて重量感あります。ムースは洋梨の風味が強く、真ん中には梨のコンポートがトッピングされています。薔薇のアイスクリームはとても色鮮やかです、下にはピンク色に優しい色合いのゼリー、アイスクリームの上には薔薇の花のチップかな、紅茶はポットで提供されますので軽く2杯分ありますよ。
いつか日にちが合えばお隣のお店でランチを頂きたいと思います。
