今日も美味しいランチを食べに行ってきましたよ、場所は倉敷市阿知にある「盛岡冷麺 ピリ子」さんです。11時オープンと同時に入店、今日も一番でした。冷麺は5種ありますよ！！
注文はトマト冷麺（1100円）です、具材はカットトマト・パプリカ2種・チーズ・鶏肉・緑の物はバジルソールです。スープはひんやりしてトマトのエキスがたっぷり、とても美味しかったですよ。上にのっている桃太郎トマトもとても瑞々しくて美味しかったです。冷麺というよりフレンチの前菜でも通じる素晴らしい味わいでした！！
黄ニラと生姜の豆乳冷麺と迷いましたが盛夏にトマトが合いますね、次回は豆乳冷麺を頂きたいと思います。
