”蔵Pura 和膳 風”さんが移転されて、店名も「四季彩料理 成一」さんとなって今年3月にオープン、5月の休日ランチで伺いました。以前の場所から少し北西へ．．．徒歩で数分なのでご近所ですね。
当日予約で11時半に訪問、二階の個室に案内頂きました。新築の建物ですので使い勝手の良い構造になっていました！！
注文は「名物返し寿司ランチ 吟美」、移転前も同じメニューを頂きました^^; 返し寿司の他に天ぷら・茶碗蒸し・赤出汁・デザートが付きます。
返し寿司とは．．．一見錦糸卵だけの質素なものがひっくり返すと豪華なお寿司に変身．．．倹約令（岡山池田藩）が出された当時の庶民の知恵から生まれたものらしいです！ 地元の魚と旬の野菜のばら寿司、魚種も豊富で色々楽しめます。ママカリや煮穴子が特に好みの味わいでした^^
食後にはデザートを頂きながら暫しまったり．．．首都圏・大都市の緊急事態宣言で観光客は激減、いっときも早く昔の賑わいが戻って欲しいです！！
