I learned about Kaeshi Sushi from a TV program called Yuji Miyake's Furusato Tanbo. Since I was staying in Kurashiki, I decided I had to go, so I searched for a restaurant. In the program, Mr. Miyake went to a store called "Kaze", but when I searched for it, I found that Kaze was closed. When I searched for Kaeshi Sushi in Kurashiki City, this restaurant came up. Apparently, Kaze changed the store name and relocated. Make a reservation online and visit. First, I ordered today's recommended medium tuna tuna, yellow Tempura, and salt-grilled mantis shrimp, and after a while, I ordered kaeshi Sushi. Kaeshi Sushi was created during the Edo period, when the frugal edict was in place, and the front side of the sushi was simple, and when you turned it over, a super luxurious chirashi Sushi appeared. It's a luxurious dish filled with conger eel, mantis shrimp, shrimp, octopus, mackerel, and more. Everything was very delicious. Everyone at the restaurant was very nice and it was a great dinner. I would like to visit you again.
