September 2023 ¥1,700 I visited during lunch time on a weekday. It seems to be a relatively popular restaurant among the restaurants in Achiterras Kurashiki. I ordered the pizza lunch [B:Caesar salad pizza with 10 kinds of vegetables and prosciutto] from the lunch menu. The set includes an appetizer, a small dolce, and a drink. For the drink, I chose [b:Iced coffee]. ``The dough is baked instantly in a Japanese-made stone oven at 500 degrees above and below, so you can enjoy the freshness of the local ingredients on top and the fragrant aroma of the dough.'' First we had appetizers. Plenty of vegetables are used. I was momentarily surprised by the size of the pizza that came next, but it was perfectly divided into 6 equal parts. I took one piece at a time with a pizza scoop onto a plate and ate it. The chewy texture of the pizza wrapped around the Caesar salad. At the end, we enjoyed the dolce served on a large plate. Thank you for the meal.
