I was working in Mizushima that day. It was late so I decided to have dinner and go home. This is Ichi-san, a delicious Western Cuisine restaurant (*'▽') It seems like it was opened recently, so there were many customers even in the early hours. The menu consists of Western Cuisine, mainly Hamburg. This time I ordered a simple Hamburg. First up is the soup, a rich corn potage. This is quite delicious ( ,,`･ω･´) Hamburg is meaty and very delicious! ! The meat is juicy and satisfying to eat. The demi-glace sauce is also delicious and goes well with the homemade Hamburg. The rice will also proceed. The accompanying salads and pasta are also delicious, and the careful work that goes into each one shines through. It was a very satisfying dinner. Thank you for the meal.
