岡山の名店が、倉敷に出店ということで気にしておりましたが、週末はかなり混んでいる様子。
日曜の開店直後にTEL。入店OKということでことで17時に入店、1番目、バイトの子もまだ来てない。
ホールの女性（後で聞くと店主の奥様）が、中東～インド系かというエキゾチックで超小顔。（ルッキズム的にアウト？）。純粋に日本人、両親岡山県民とのこと（ポリコレ的に･･･？）。
閑話休題、「炭火焼鳥とWINE」と謳うだけあって、まずは泡ワイン（プロドライ\650-)を1杯。
あまりワインには詳しくないので、日本酒へ。岡山店の店長のつながりで、高知の酒が充実。
「美丈夫」を2種、１合サイズで、純米吟醸(\650-)、純米大吟醸(\750-)と良心的。
焼き鳥は塩で数本、つくねはタレで。
サイゼリアでウオームアップしすぎで、焼き鳥も酒も少量で残念。次回は1件目に訪れようと誓い30分ほどで退散。
