２０１５．７／１５（水）訪問。この日はなんとなく宇野方面の未踏のラーメン屋へ行きたくなった。この界隈では，「満福ラーメン」に行ったことがある。「食べログ」で調べ，メニュー豊富なこの店を選ぶ。店に到達したのはよいが，裏口に行ったので車が置けぬ。やむなく「マルナカ」へ車を置きに行き，そこから跨線橋をてくてくと渡り，再びこの店に。後から気づいたのだが，表から入れば広い駐車場があるではないか。細川さんの「わたしばかよね～，おばかさんよね～」を思い出した。
さて，本論。注文したのはげんこつラーメンにトッピングで卵，もやし，チャーシュー。それとげんこつチャーハン，しめて１２１０円。ラーメンのスープは初めてのタイプ。少し背脂が浮いていたかな？ なかなかの味。麺もよろしい。普通の胡椒でなく，とんがらし胡椒というのも個性的。焼きめしは普通。腹一杯となりぬ。
この店で感心したのは，味もさることながら，後継ぎさんが健気に働いていたこと。今頃，後継者がなくて閉店する店をよく見かけるので，何よりです。それと，夜の居酒屋メニューが凄い。ここに飲みに来るには電車かバスになるので，いっそのことこのあたりに泊まろうかしらん。
ともかく，宇野の名店に到達できて大満足！ このあたりの未踏の店も順次制覇せねば・・・。
