国道30号線の秀天橋の交差点を南に2kmほど進んだあたりの、用水路の西側にあるお店です。
駐車場は店舗南に数台分あります。
席はカウンターと小上がりの座卓です。
今回はお昼早めの時間帯にお伺いしましたが、既に家族連れのお客さんで賑わっています。
前回は10年くらい前だったかと思いますが、改装されて綺麗になっています。
メニューから天ぷら釜揚げうどんを選択しました。釜揚げなので当然、待ち時間はそれなりです。
太めのうどんは柔らかめで、柚子の小片が浮かんでいます。
温かいつけ出汁は薄めのお味で、麺を浸しすぎても辛くないのはいいですね。
薬味はねぎ・わさび・うずら卵です。
天ぷらは海老・なす・ピーマン・さつまいも・玉ねぎのかき揚げで、からりとよく揚がっています。天つゆは付いていませんがうどんのつけ出汁で代用しました。
茹でたての釜揚げを美味しくいただきました。
