寒波が緩んで今日は朝から気温高いです、そうは言っても気温は10℃ちょいなので今日もお好み焼きで暖を取りましょう！、やって来たのは宇野駅からほど近い「お好み焼 ひさ」さん、大通りからは死角になった立地で車だと見つけ難いですね！
店内は広々空間、テーブルの間が広くゆったりしています。鉄板は入り口寄りにあり、細長い仕様になっていました！
注文はそばモダン（600円）、お母さんが鉄板で丁寧に焼いてくださいます。当店のお好み焼きは関西風、ボール内でしっかり混ぜた後に鉄板に流し込んで焼きます。そばは別に炒め終盤に合体です。10分弱で完成、お皿に入れて頂きます。
関西風ですがふっくら感はさほどなく中がしっかり詰まっています、低温でじっくり焼かれておりキャベツとメリケン粉の一体感がありました。ソースはあっさりですが、テーブル上に追加ソースとマヨネーズを持ってきてくれますので終盤アレンジしました。かなり大きなモダン焼き、最後まで美味しく頂きました^^
